Descriptions :

This is the reverse of nominal dutch. The weft wires are much thicker than the warp wires. Thus the largest number of wires are found in the warp direction. This weave pattern is characterized by the greatest stability with good flow capacity aka throughput, as well as high tensile strength in the warp direction.

Applications :

The filter belt is fitted inside the screen changer machine having an inbuilt pressure sensor mechanism. When the filter belts gets excessively clogged due to foreign particle in the molten plastic, the back pressure inside the extrusion machine increases. like PP, PS, PVC, PET, PE, ABS, PMMA ,HDPE ,LDPE in belt style continuous screen changers.
